Running across Summer and Fall 2026, the series is flexible and accessible. Participants can join individual sessions or return over time, with each workshop focused on turning reflection into action in broader decision-making spaces.

This first workshop explores how Chinese Canadian identity, values, and lived experience can be understood as leadership strengths.

Participants will reflect on underrepresentation in leadership, examine identity as an asset rather than a limitation, and leave with stronger language for bringing themselves into broader decision-making spaces.

GLOCAL x ACCT Participation Grant

For youth ages 18 to 30, a participation grant of up to $30 is available. To be considered, applicants must complete all three steps.
