Cordelia Yip

Cordelia is currently a student at the University of Calgary, majoring in International Relations. She is an alumna of various leadership councils and youth skill-building programs, including Livingstone Leaders, Southern Alberta Interscholastic Leaders, and Skills Canada Alberta.

As a first-generation student who grew up in rural Alberta as part of an immigrant family, Cordelia is passionate about leadership, social justice, and community service. She contributes to these areas by volunteering for Action Chinese Canadians Together (ACCT) Foundation, Asian Heritage Foundation (AHF), the Chinatown Ambassador, researching as part of the UDesign Justice Initiative (UDJI), and serving on the National Board of Stars for Scholarly Youth (SSY) as the Director of Marketing and Digital Engagement.
