Biography
Andi Shi is the Executive Director of CPAC, a Toronto-based organization that serves as a professional association with 31,000 members, a career and skills development provider for immigrant professionals and racialized youth, and an emerging think tank offering research-based insights and solutions on issues affecting Chinese Canadians, with a focus on advancing social justice, equity, and inclusion.
A recognized civic leader, Andi brings a broad range of leadership experience across public service, private enterprise, and the non-profit sector. He is a thought leader and speaker on anti-Asian racism and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), and a founding member of the Asian Canadians Together to End Racism (ACT2EndRacism) network.
He has served on several non-profit boards, including People for Education, Across Boundaries, and the National Council of Asian Canadians. He has also advised both current and former mayors of Toronto on community engagement, racial equity, and urban policy.
