Biography
Levonne Louie is a board director recently serving as a Public Member on professional regulatory boards applying her skillset and her external perspective to help protect the public interest and guide professions.
Ms. Louie is serving or has served on a number of diverse boards including the Law Society of Alberta, the Medical Council of Canada, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta, the Calgary Convention Centre Authority, Alberta Theatre Projects, the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen, and numerous community sports organizations.
Levonne retired from the oil and gas industry with almost forty years of experience in the energy sector bringing considerable leadership experience to her roles on the boards on which she serves.
She holds a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Master of Business Administration, all from the University of Calgary and is a graduate of the Directors Education Program of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D designation granted in 2011).
